1.Customer requirement analysis:
First, we need to know customer's perspective position and job requirements. Then, we form an understanding of customer's company culture, management style, working environment, scale of operation and other issues. We make sure that the perspective candidate can work with the company so as to meet customer's long-term needs. At this point, customer fills out ¡¶Agreement on Recruiting Talents¡·
2.Market Research:
Based on customer's order, we analyze the market, and assess the ability of ourselves.
3.Proposal Submission:
FnD submits ¡¶Talent Search Proposal¡·, which includes our understanding of the project, search targets and channel, search plan and other relevant recommendations, etc.
4.Contract Signing:
After negotiation, customer and FnD sign ¡¶Headhunting Service Contract¡·
5.Advance Deposit:
After the contract is signed, customer pays advance deposit within agreed working days according to the contract.
6.Talents Search:
Based on customer's request, from our talent database together with the data from our part-time headhunters and data collection consultants from special region or industry, we conduct an extensive candidates search. We keep on contacting and communicating with customer when necessary. Through thorough and careful screening, testing, investigation, we ensure the accuracy and appropriatibility of the candidates.
7.Candidates Assessment:
We conduct an overall assessment of the candidates in areas of professionalism, technical capabilities, personality, leadership and character.
8.Candidates Recommendation:
One week after the contract is signed, we submit a list of recommended candidates to client.
9.Candidate Interview:
We arrange interview for customer, and follow up the result of the interview.
10.Candidate Recruitment:
Agreement is achieved with customer. The customer recruits the candidate.
11.Bilateral Confirmation:
After recruiting the candidate, the customer contacts FnD, and both parties present agreement letter.
12.Settlement of the Balance Payment:
After the candidate is recruited for five working days, customer shall pay the outstanding payment.
13. Follow-up Service:
We follow up the case to know the situation of the candidate during probation. We communicate with the customer to make sure that the new talent serves the company with benefit and value.
